§2.1. Registration
All drivers competing must be a registered R1FS
Race One member at our website http://www.raceone.nu.
And have been given confirmation of his seat
trough e-mail.
§2.2.
Driver & Team participation
R1FS Race One Formula Series will allow 20
drivers and 10
teams in the season 04
championship.
§2.3.
Cars & Mod
R1FS Race One Mod for Season 04
will be the 'FSONE
2008 1.01'
Mod
using the SE Server Edition.
§2.4.
Inactive Driver
Each driver in R1FS
has to compete frequently. If a driver
is inactive with out participating,
for to long (approximetly 2-3 races)
R1FS has the right to exclude the driver
from the championship and allow this seat for
the public. The driver that has been inactive
will be informed of the situation.

3. Events
and Championship

§3.1.
Events
& Track Versions
The
s04 events and track versions is decided by
the R1FS Group and will be available for download
on the website in our official R1FS Track
pack. The tracks that is on the s04 calendar
but dosent exist ifor rfactor will be
replaced with chosen tracks by the R1FS Group
or decided by voting for a replacement track.
§3.2.
Awards
R1FS
Race One Formula Series awards driver records
with an Tag mark formed as a trophy that
is seen in the driver profile. Every award is
given out for the records set in a concluded
season. R1FS Awards are given for the
following records and wins

§3.3.
Points System
The R1FS Pointssystem
uses
the same points scoring as in Formula 1,
besides
having one Extra
point awarded for
setting the fastest lap during each
Grand Prix Race.
The top eight finishers in each Grand Prix score
points according to the table below. To receive
points all drivers need to have completed 90%
of the winner's race distance, therefore any
retirement in the last 10% of the distance will
recieve points classified or not.

§3.4.
Silly Season
When a season has ended the Silly season
starts. This means that the drivers are to pick
teams
again for the new season. This will be
done in the championship order, meaning that
the one who
wins the championship will pick his team
first. This method will continue down the final
standings to the last driver. New drivers will
be the one to pick their teams last. If a driver
doesn’t respond his entry in a matter
of days (approximetly 2-3 days) after his team
selections starts, R1FS will
remove him from the ranking
until he responds. If the driver dosent respond
at all the driver will be excluded from the
upcoming season until further notice.
§3.5.
Race Day
Each race will take place on Wednesdays
with the Server
Session starting at 20.00
GMT +01.00 (Sthlm).
The race day starts with 30 min practice.
After that the official 20 min qualification
starts which will decide the starting order
for the race. After that the 10 min driver
breifing takes place.
With the 50
% race ending the race day.

§3.6.
Qualifying Format
Qualifying is
done for 20 mins.
During this time any racer can do as many laps
he wants.
During qualifying the car is set in Parc-ferme.
This means that once your qualifying run has
started no changes can be done to the car until
the race itself. Further more this means that
your race strategy and fuel levels needs to
be set before you start your qualifying attempt.
§3.7.
Qualifying
Rule, No Chat & Talking
No talking during qualifiyngsession can
distract the ones that are trying to set a fast
lap. If someone talks during qualifying, you
get a warning by the Server

any more abuse will result in the
driver getting
remoted to the last place on the grid for the
race.
§3.8.
Race
Server Crash
If
the race duration has passed 50 % (when leader
passed the line) of the 50 % race distance and
the server crashes, the race is officially 'red
flaged' and results are counted from the last
lap when the leader passed the finish line.
If the
R1FS Server crashes
before
it has reached the 50 % mark, the starting order
will be changed to the previouse one and the
race will be restarted.

Formation
lap
Before
the race starts, the cars will perform a formation
lap. No passing is allowed during the formation.
Once at the grid all drivers has to take their
spot on the grid wich is marked with red
lines. When all cars has lined up the countdown
starts.
4. Race
Manors & Judgement

§4.1 Stewards and
Judgement of race incidents
Their are two
Race Stewards
that will look at each situation. Currently
these tasks are assigned to thimbro32
and Lemorz. These judges have to agree
with the penalty together for it to be final.
If a steward
is involved
in a racing incident he can not judge the situation.
The jugding will there for be up to the other
stewards not involved and his decition will
be final by him alone.
§4.2.
Clean Racing
and manors
Every driver is to race clean. Situations and
incidents will be looked at after
the race. There will be a time penaltys
given for taking out another driver of 5, 10
and 15
seconds that may be added after the race. Hard
language are penalized with 10
or 20
seconds penalty. Further abuse can result
in player being banned from the series
or the current or the coming races. All of this
will be looked at by the Race
stewards. Stewards
will judge situations after the following table.

§4.3
Cutting the track
The Stewards will also look at the drivers racing.
If you cut the track by fault, you should lift
of the throttle (approximetly
the same amount of time you gained). If you
gain position you should let the car you passed
by you again. If you don’t commit to these
presegures you will get a time penaulty of 5,
10
or 15
seconds
after the race. Stewards
will judge situations after the following table.

§4.4
White line at pit exit
You can not cross the white line when
you exit the pits. Abuse of this rule will give
the driver 10 seconds penaulty in the race
if the driver is disrupting a driver thats already
on the track.
§4.5.
Race retirement
If you retire you
can either leave the server or stay. But no
chating is allowed that can distract the
drivers on track.
§4.6. Penaulty
Reports
Every penaulty
or penalysed incidents and Steward decision
will be reported in the R1FS Forum by
the Race Stewards. The report is to be available
in 4-5 days after the raced event.
§4.7.
Appeal
Every driver has the right to appeal
race results, incident or the stewards decisions.
This may be done in the R1FS Forum on
our website.
